Coach Mentoring and Supervision Program
While there are hundreds of resources available in the marketplace to assist you in building a successful coaching practice, (a few of which are even worthwhile :-), the ultimate competitive advantage in the field of coaching is excellence.
For the past few years, I have offered coach mentoring and supervision only as part of my larger Supercoach Academy programs or via invitation or application as part of my Coaching Apprentice/Mastery program.
This year for the first time I will take on an extremely limited number of coaches for a new mentoring and supervision program that will support you in accelerating your learning curve and taking your coaching to a whole new level. Your mentoring and supervision program includes a 3 day one on one intensive with me to help shift your foundations and deepen your personal grounding. Then, each month, you will send me a recording or video of a coaching session or public talk and/or a writing sample. I’ll review your materials and meet with you by phone for an hour, using your recording/sample as a jumping off point for a chance to go deeper and become more consistently, powerfully impactful in yourwork. I will also look out for additional opportunities to assist you throughout your time in this program in evolving and deepening your coaching over the course of our year together.
Spaces on this program will be granted by application only. The full cost for the program including all materials and accommodation but not travel is $30,000.
